INGREDIENTS

  • – Dry yeast 5 g.
  • – Malt extract 3 tbsp.
  • – Milk 65 cc.
  • – Flour 300 g.
  • – Sugar 60 g.
  • – Eggs 2 models.
  • – Vanilla essence.
  • – Orange blossom water 3 tbsp.
  • – Butter 60 g.
  • – Salt 1 pinch.
  • – Dried fruit (dough).
  • Topping:
  • – Dried fruits 500 g.
  • – Impalpable sugar 250 g.
  • – Lemon juice c/n.

PROCEDURE:
Pre-ferment:
1. Combine the yeast with the flour, after which add the remainder of the substances.
2. Let it ferment for half an hour.

Time:
1. Combine the flour, sugar and yeast.
2. Then add the liquids.
3. Combine the milk, eggs, vanilla essence, orange blossom water and add the ferment.
4. Knead till properly included.
