SWEET AND SOUR PORK MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • – 500 g of chopped beef.
  • – Nicely drained bread crumbs soaked in milk.
  • – 1 clara.
  • – 2 cloves grated garlic.
  • – Grated ginger.
  • – Chopped leek.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • For the sauce:
  • – Soy sauce 200 cc.
  • – Sugar 200 g.
  • – Apple cider vinegar 100 cc.
  • – Honey 1 tbsp.
  • – Ketchup 2 tbsp.
  • – Beer.
  • – Verdeo.
  • For the salad:
  • – Yogurt pure.
  • – Purple Onion.
  • – Ask.
  • – Cucumber.
  • – Lemon zest.

Tremendous mega scrumptious SWEET AND SOUR PORK MEATBALLS, accompanied by a contemporary salad with yogurt, cucumber, mint and onion

PROCEDURE:

1. Assemble the nut-type meatballs.
2. Let it cool and brown in a pan.
3. Whereas they’re browning, put together the sauce by mixing the substances and bringing to a boil. Simply deglaze the browned meatballs with somewhat beer and pour all of the sauce over them.
4. Cook dinner till they’re lacquered.
