INGREDIENTS

- Shari (Arroz para sushi):
- – 2 kg of Gohan (obtained from 1 kg of uncooked rice).
- – 170 cc of rice vinegar or alcohol.
- – 130 g of sugar or mirin 150 cc.
- – 1 tablespoon of salt
- – 3 items of Sake (optionally available:
White rum, Vodka, Pisco, Tequila).

- For six servings:
- – 1000 g of Shari (see recipe for Sushi rice, shari).
- – 50 g of toasted black and white sesame seeds.
- – 4 models of Nori seaweed.
- – 400 g of recent salmon (1 piece 09 cm vast).
- – 500 g of complete canned tuna.
- – 150 g of recent, complete, massive butter lettuce (6 lettuce leaves).
- – 100 g of Mayonnaise.
- – Salt and black pepper in a grinder.
- – 1 Avocado.
- – 100 g of cream cheese in a disposable sleeve.
- – 2 Cucumbers.
- – 1 Inexperienced onion plant.

PROCEDURE:
