INGREDIENTS
- – Zuchini 4 pcs.
- – Grated Cheese c/n.
- – Muzzarella rallada c/n.
- For the sauce:
- – Crushed tomato c/n.
- – Garlic c/n.
- – Minced meat 500 g.
- – Grilled sausage (with out casing) 1 unit.
- – Carrot 1 unit.
- – Purple bell pepper ½ unit.
- – Celery 1 department.
- – Onion 2 models.
- – Laurel 1 leaf.
- – White wine 1 glass.
- – Floor chili.
- – Olive oil.
- – Oregano.
- – Peppers.
- – Fennel seed.
ZUCHINIS STUFFED with meat, greens and tomato sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. For the sauce, taste the oil with garlic and add the minced meat. Incorporate the
grill sausage. Add the bay leaf plus the chopped celery, bell pepper and carrot.
2. When the greens soften, add the chopped onion. Deglaze with white wine.
3. When the alcohol evaporates, season.
4. Lower the zucchini in half lengthwise (hole them out with a spoon). Reserve the pulp.
5. Put it within the oven for five minutes to blanch it.
6. Fill with the bolognese sauce.
7. On high, put grated cheese, grated mozzarella and gratin.
