STUFFED VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS

  • – Medium potatoes 3 models.
  • – Salt entrefina c/n.
  • – Cauliflower ¼ unit.
  • – Caramelized onion.
  • – Corn grains.
  • – Tomates cherrys.
  • – Inexperienced 3 stems.
  • – Cream cheese 3 tbsp.
  • – Parsley a handful.
  • – Milk c/n.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Nutmeg.
  • – Grated cheese.

STUFFED VEGETABLES: potato with cauliflower, onion, corn, tomatoes, greens and cheese. Great dish to unravel your menu

PROCEDURE:

  1. To make the pores and skin very crispy: bake the potatoes with the pores and skin very clear and seasoned with nice salt. Cook dinner till they’re tender after which hole them out.
  2. Sauté grated cauliflower with greens.
  3. Add to the mashed potatoes with cream cheese, chopped parsley and a splash of milk if needed.
  4. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  5. Fill and add grated cheese to gratin.
