- – Medium potatoes 3 models.
- – Salt entrefina c/n.
- – Cauliflower ¼ unit.
- – Caramelized onion.
- – Corn grains.
- – Tomates cherrys.
- – Inexperienced 3 stems.
- – Cream cheese 3 tbsp.
- – Parsley a handful.
- – Milk c/n.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Nutmeg.
- – Grated cheese.
STUFFED VEGETABLES: potato with cauliflower, onion, corn, tomatoes, greens and cheese. Great dish to unravel your menu
PROCEDURE:
- To make the pores and skin very crispy: bake the potatoes with the pores and skin very clear and seasoned with nice salt. Cook dinner till they’re tender after which hole them out.
- Sauté grated cauliflower with greens.
- Add to the mashed potatoes with cream cheese, chopped parsley and a splash of milk if needed.
- Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- Fill and add grated cheese to gratin.
