INGREDIENTS
- – Potatoes 1 kg.
- – Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- – Chopped garlic 1 tbsp.
- – Chopped parsley 1 tbsp.
- – Cream cheese 250 g.
- – Chopped smoked bacon 100 g.
- – Flour 100 g.
- – Seasoned blended egg.
- – Bread crumbs.
- – Oil for frying.
PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare dinner the potatoes, season, add the garlic and parsley and make a puree. Let cool and reserve.
