- ● Grated zucchini 1/2 u. Grated carrot 1/2 u.
- ● Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- ● Sal
- ● Pepper to style
- ● Egg 6/8
- ● Grated cheese 2 tbsp
- ● Queso muzzarella 200gr
STUFFED NOODLE OMELETTE! Recycled with what you’ve gotten within the fridge, easy and simple
Process:
1. In a bowl, combine the noodles with the egg, salt, pepper, and grated cheese, combine every thing properly.
2. In a frying pan with oil, put a pasta base, on high put the uncooked and grated greens, a layer of mozzarella cheese and one other layer of pasta. Cook dinner on each side till golden.
