STUFFED COLORFUL GNOCCHI

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 kg of potatoes.
  • – 400 g of corn starch.
  • – 2 eggs.
  • – 1 dice of butter.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Colorants.
  • – Dice of cream cheese or mozzarella for the middle.
  • Salsa:
  • – Crema.
  • – Grated garlic.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • Further:
  • – Grated cheese.

For the twenty ninth, or everytime you like them most, we share this recipe for gnocchi full of colourful cheese!

PROCEDURE:

1. Boil the potatoes with their pores and skin on when they’re prepared, take away, let cool somewhat, peel and mash with a dice of butter.
2. To that add the cornstarch, the eggs, season and knead till you’ve a bun that isn’t so sticky to your arms. Divide the dough and add colours.
3. Make balls of roughly 20 g and add a cheese heart. Reserve.
4. For the sauce, warmth the cream in a pan, add the garlic and pour the gnocchi instantly on prime of it.
5. Plate with a lot of grated cheese.
