- – Breadcrumbs + corn flakes.

- – Purple onion in julienne 1 unit.
- – Butter 1 tbsp.
- – Chopped garlic and parsley.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Oliva.
BREAST STUFFED WITH CAPRESSE WITH POTATOES Get pleasure from this spectacular dish by following the recipe beneath!
PROCEDURE:
1. For the breasts, take away the mini fillet and open a pocket within the widest half. Reserve.
2. For the filling, chop the dried tomatoes and blend with the cheese, basil leaves and a little bit garlic, season with salt and pepper and stuff the breast.
3. Shut with toothpicks and season with salt and pepper.
4. Move by the flour, egg and combination of breadcrumbs and cornflakes
5. Fry in scorching oil. As soon as golden, place on a roasting pan and bake for about 15/20 minutes.
6. For the garnish, peel and minimize the potatoes into 1×1 cubes and sauté with a little bit butter and oil till golden and cooked.
7. Lastly, add the onion, barely sauté, and add the garlic and parsley.
8. Serve the breasts with the potato.
