STRAWBERRY YOGURT PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • – Butter 100 g
  • – Sugar 200 g
  • – 1 and a half cups of skim strawberry yogurt
  • – Salt 1 tsp
  • – 3 eggs
  • – Harina leudante 300 g
  • Jam:
  • -1 kg of strawberries
  • -2 grated apples
  • -750grs of sugar
  • -Grated ginger

Strawberry yogurt pudding

PROCEDURE:

1. Combine the butter with the sugar till nicely built-in.
2. Add the eggs one after the other and beat.
3. Add the yogurt and salt to the combination. Mingle.
4. Lastly add the flour in enveloping actions.
5. Place in beforehand buttered and floured pudding mould.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C till the pudding is cooked (roughly 30 to 40 minutes).
7. For the jam, place all the things in a pot. Let it relaxation for an hour and produce to a boil over excessive warmth. Decrease it to medium warmth for 45 minutes till it is able to jam.
8. Beautify the pudding with the jam and place the strawberries on high
