Strawberry Mousse

A quite simple and fast fruit mousse to make.

Strawberries, ½ ok
Milk cream, 200 g
Egg whites, 4
sugar, 8 tablespoons

Preparation

– Wash the strawberries after which take away the stem and leaves (reserve some to embellish)

– Beat the whipped cream with the remaining sugar till whipped. Reserve a bit of cream for adorning the mousse.
– Beat the egg whites till stiff.
