- Strawberry:
- – Strawberries ½ kg.
- – Pure yogurt 1 pot.
- – Sugar.
- Strawberry and orange:
- – Strawberry 500 g.
- – Syrup 500 g.
- – Orange juice 1 splash.
- – Unflavored gelatin 7 g.
- – Water 35 cc.
- Cream and chocolate:
- – Cream cheese 300 g.
- – Condensed milk 1 cup.
- – Milk cream 360 cc.
- – Chocolate cookies to style.
- – Unflavored gelatin 7 g.
- – Water 35 cc.
- Peach and condensed milk:
- – Peaches 500 g.
- – Condensed milk 500 cc.
- – Gelatin 7 g.
- – Water 35 cc.
STICK ICE CREAM for summer time! Recipe to arrange banana cut up, ardour fruit, peach, strawberries, and strawberries and orange so that there’s a lot of selection!
PROCEDURE:
1. For the syrup: Put the sugar and water in a jug. Program 10 minutes at 120ºC at pace 2.5.
2. For the strawberry one, chop the strawberries and course of them along with the syrup and orange juice.
3. Add the unflavored gelatin (hydrated in chilly water and diluted within the microwave) matching densities.
4. For the peach one, repeat the process for the strawberry one however with the substances of this recipe.
5. For the cream and chocolate, combine the milk with the cheese. Add the cream and damaged chocolate cookies. Lastly repeat the gelatin process for this recipe.
6. To assemble, place the mixtures in molds with sticks and freeze.
