INGREDIENTS
- – 6 entire squid.
- – 300 g of carnaroli rice.
- – 50 g of peas.
- – 2 onions finely chopped
- – 2 cloves of minced garlic.
- – 1 white chopped leek.
- – 1 glass of white wine.
- – 4 cups of tomato sauce.
- – 2 bay leaves.
Stewed stuffed squid, for seafood followers, we convey you this spectacular and easy-to-prepare recipe.
PROCEDURE:
1. Clear the squid. Separate the tubes and reserve.
2. Boil the tentacles and fins for 50 minutes. Take away, cool and chop.
3. Alternatively, in a frying pan, sauté the onion, leek and garlic. Add the rice, cashew.
4. Add the chopped squid.
5. Add the white wine, prepare dinner till the alcohol evaporates, if the preparation requires it, add the squid cooking water.
6. End the rice on the desired level. Let it cool and fill the squid tubes with it. Stew for 20 minutes in tomato sauce. And serve.
