STEAKS WITH COLIFLOR GRATINADE

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1,5 kilos de Roast Beef.
  • – Meat broth.
  • – English sauce.
  • – 2 cloves of garlic.
  • – 1 bay leaf.
  • Garrison:
  • – 1 cauliflower.
  • – White sauce (quantity wanted).
  • – Grated Cheese 200 g.
  • – 1 splash of vinegar.
  • – 1 pinch of baking soda.
  • – 1 tbsp of coarse salt.

Scrumptious steaks with cauliflower au gratin, with white sauce and sautéed with garlic.

PROCEDURE:

1. Lower the meat into thick steaks of roughly 300 g.
2. Seal on either side.
3. In a saucepan, drizzle with Worcestershire sauce. Add the crushed garlic and bay leaf.
4. Cowl with broth and cook dinner at a mild boil till the meat is tender. When it’s at that time, improve the warmth to scale back the liquid and thicken. With out stopping evaporating utterly.
5. Serve the steaks and sauce with the cooking juice.
6. Serve with gratin cabbages.
7. Separate the cauliflower into flowers. Blanch in boiling water, with salt, baking soda and vinegar (10 minutes).
8. Take away and drain.
9. Sauté with a bit garlic and plate with the white sauce on high.
