INGREDIENTS
- – 6 items of zucchini.
- – 500 g minced meat
- – 1 grated carrot.
- – 1 chopped onion.
- – 2 cloves of minced garlic.
- – 1 cup of tomato puree.
- – 1 glass of white wine.
- – Salt, pepper and oregano.
- To gratin:
- – 250 g of blue cheese.
- – 1 cup of white sauce.
SQUASH STUFFED WITH BOLOGNESE AND GRATINATED WITH BLUE CHEESE
PROCEDURE:
1. Hole out the zucchini and blanch them in boiling salted water for five minutes. Reserve the pulp.
2. Then again, make a bolognese, sauté the onion, garlic, and carrot.
3. Add the minced meat and the pumpkin pulp. Add the white wine, as soon as the alcohol evaporates, add the tomato, season and prepare dinner for half-hour.
4. Let cool.
5. Fill the zucchini with the bolognese, cowl with chilly white sauce and blue cheese on high.
