SPIRAL WITH YOGURT DOUGH

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • – Flour 0000 450 g.
  • – Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • – Sal 1 cda.
  • – Vanilla yogurt 200 g.
  • – Milk cream 200 cc.
  • Stuffed:
  • – It may very well be quince.
  • – Or purple fruit jam.
  • It would not need to have liquid so the dough would not open.
  • Extras:
  • – Sugar c/n.
  • – Corn starch c/n.
  • – Impalpable sugar c/n.

We share the recipe for this spiral with yogurt dough. You may fill it with no matter you want essentially the most, dulce de leche, fruit or purple jam or any filling you want with out liquids (this manner the dough would not open). Take pleasure in it!

PROCEDURE:

1. For the dough, in a bowl combine the flour with the baking powder and salt.
2. Individually, in a bowl, combine the cream with the yogurt.
3. Make a crown with the flour and pour the liquid combination into the middle. Mix and blend till you might have a tender dough.
4. Relaxation and stretch a 40 x 60 cm rectangle. Lower it completely and minimize within the center lengthwise. And now, every one in half, acquiring 4 equal strips.
5, For the filling, within the middle of every strip, place the chosen filling.
6. Sprinkle with sugar and cornstarch.
