- – Flour 0000 500 g.
- – Yeast 20 g.
- – Sugar 3 tbsp.
- – Olive oil 3 tbsp.
- – Egg 1 unit.
- – Milk 250 cc.
- – Butter 30 g.
- – Salt 1 pinch.
- Filler 1:
- – Cooked ham 250 g.
- – Machine queso 250 g.
- – Black olive 50 g.
- – Hydrated dried tomato 50 g.
- – Queso mozzarella 250 g.
- Filling 2:
- – Mushrooms 100 g.
- – Portobellos 100 g.
- – Dried mushrooms 50 g.
- – Thyme.
- – Garlic in slices.
- – Chopped onion.
- – Semi-hard cheese 200 g.
SPIRAL CAKE with two totally different fillings, so you’ll be able to select the one you want essentially the most: ham and cheese, olives and dried tomatoes, or mushrooms, thyme, cheese, onion and garlic.
PROCEDURE:
- For the dough, make a crown with the flour and salt on the skin, within the heart add the egg, shelled yeast, sugar and milk.
- Be part of from the middle outwards taking the dough after which add the butter.
- Combine once more and knead, giving 80 strokes on the counter.
- Relaxation coated for an hour.
- For filling 2:
- Chop the mushrooms and sauté them, combine them with the cheese.
- To assemble, roll out a 1 cm thick rectangle, cowl with ham and cheese, sliced olives, chopped tomatoes and grated mozzarella.
