INGREDIENTS
- – 300 g washed spinach.
- – 1 egg.
- – 50 cc milk (approx.).
- – 150 g flour.
- – 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Oil for frying c/n.
- Garlic lactose:
- – 100 cc complete milk.
- – 200 cc sunflower oil.
- – 1/2 clove of garlic.
- – 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- – 1 pinch of salt.
SPINACH FRITTERS with garlic lactose, one other spectacular and sensible recipe! I adopted the recipe beneath
PROCEDURE:
1. Chop the spinach effectively.
2. Place in a bowl with salt and put aside for 15/20 minutes till it releases liquid.
3. Add the egg, flour with baking powder and milk little by little. Season.
4. Fry, browning effectively on each side.
5. For the lactonesae: place all of the elements in a container and start processing with the hand blender with out transferring. As soon as the oil and milk are emulsified, start to maneuver the hand blender up and down till you obtain the specified texture.
