Recent mushrooms, 200 g.
Finely grated Parmesan cheese, 100 g.
Olive oil and lemon juice, as wanted
Salt to style
Preparation
– Wash and dry the spinach.
– Clear the mushrooms with a moist fabric.
– Lower the spinach leaves along with your arms.
– Fillet the mushrooms.
– Combine the spinach with the mushrooms.
– Season with grated cheese, olive oil, salt and some drops of lemon.
