Spinach and carrot pudding

Substances:

Carrots, one kilo
Spinach, three or 4 tied
Eggs, six
Cream, a pot of 200 gr.
Grated cheese, one cup
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

– Peel, minimize into slices and boil the carrots with salt till tender, about ten minutes.
– Wash the spinach and prepare dinner in a pan or pot with the final of the washing water, till they’re cooked (simply 5 minutes).
– Grease an English pudding mildew or flan pan.
– Course of the carrots, combine with three eggs, half a pot of cream and half a cup of grated cheese. Spice with salt and pepper. Put this preparation within the mildew.
– Course of the spinach, combine with three eggs, half a pot of cream and the remainder of the grated cheese. Season. Put within the mildew, on high of the carrot preparation.
– Cook dinner within the oven over medium warmth till golden and puffed (about forty minutes).
– Let it cool for 5 minutes and unmold.
