SPIDERS WITH CREAMY MASH

INGREDIENTS

  • For the spiders:
  • – Arañitas 12 models.
  • – White wine 1 glass.
  • – Meat broth or water 1 L.
  • – Orange peel 1 strip.
  • – Lemon peel 1 strip.
  • – Mustard 2 tbsp.
  • – Laurel ½ leaf.
  • – Celery 1 stalk.
  • – Carrot in 4 mm wheels 1 computer (giant).
  • – Onion rings 1 unit (giant).
  • – Leek in wheels 1 unit (white half).
  • – Garlic 1 head.
  • – Olive oil c/n.
  • – Salt and black pepper to style.
  • – Butter 50 g.
  • For the puree:
  • – White potato ½ kg.
  • – Sizzling or leche 250 g.
  • – Butter 50 g.
  • – Grated mozzarella 250 g.
  • – Salt, white pepper and nutmeg to style.

PROCEDURE:

1. For the spiders: Warmth the thickest and heaviest pot or saucepan you will have, brown the spiders and set them apart.
