SOUP PARAGUAY

INGREDIENTS

  • – Corn flour (not polenta) 400 g.
  • – Cuartirolo cheese 500 g.
  • – Onions 500 cc.
  • – Milk 500 cc.
  • – Eggs 5 models.
  • – Melted butter 100 g.
  • – Sal.

PARAGUAYAN SOUP, a spectacular basic to get pleasure from at house, with few components in easy 4 steps!

PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (medium).
2. Lower the onion into julienne strips and sauté them with somewhat oil (corn or sunflower) and somewhat salt till they’re barely golden.
