SOUP PARAGUAY

INGREDIENTS

  • – Corn flour 300 g
  • – Semi-hard cheese 250 g
  • – Cream cheese 250 g
  • – Onions 500 g
  • – Milk. 500cc
  • – Eggs 5 models
  • – Butter 100 g
  • – Sal

We share with you the recipe for the traditional Paraguayan soup, a salty sponge cake product of corn flour, onion and cheese.

PROCEDURE:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 levels (medium).
2. Reduce the onion into feathers, sweat with oil, salt, pepper
3. In a bowl, combine the corn flour with the milk, the diced cheese, the diced cheese, the eggs and the hardly melted butter.
4. Place the combination in a bowl and bake for 30 to 40 minutes till the floor is golden.
