Leudante flour, ½ cup

Preparation
– Warmth half a cup of water with the butter and salt.

– Place the dough in a bag and make the donuts on a greased plate.
– Bake, with the oven at 180º for 10 minutes after which decrease the temperature to minimal till the donuts really feel dry to the contact.
– Take away and let cool.
– Warmth a cup of water with the two cups of sugar till you get hold of a thick syrup.
– Take away from the warmth and beat the syrup till it turns white.
– Bathe the donuts with this syrup.
