Sorrentinos

INGREDIENTS

  • -Do-it-yourself dough.
  • -500 g of 0000 flour.
  • -1 egg.
  • -200 to 230 CC of water.
  • Stuffed:
  • -Mozzarella, grated 400gr.
  • -Egg 1 u.
  • -Salt to style.
  • -1 degree tablespoon of chopped thyme.
  • -1 of parsley.
  • -1 mint.
  • Upholstery:
  • -Grilled sausage 40 cm approx.
  • -Sunflower oil c/n.
  • -Garlic, with pores and skin, 3 cloves.
  • -White wine 1 glass.
  • -Crushed tomatoes 3 cups or cans.
  • -Salt, floor black pepper, floor chili and paprika, to style.

1.For the dough: combine all of the substances and knead for five minutes.
Stretch the dough till it’s 2 mm thick and let it relaxation, coated, till you assemble the sorrentinos.

2.Combine the filling substances and assemble the sorrentinos.

3.For the stew, in a pot with a bit of oil, brown the grill sausage, add the garlic cloves, deglaze with white wine. When the alcohol evaporates, add the tomato, season and prepare dinner for half-hour.

4.Prepare dinner the sorrentinos and serve with the sauce.
