- -Mozzarella, grated 400gr.

- -1 degree tablespoon of chopped thyme.
- -1 of parsley.
- -1 mint.
- Upholstery:
- -Grilled sausage 40 cm approx.
- -Sunflower oil c/n.
- -Garlic, with pores and skin, 3 cloves.
- -White wine 1 glass.
- -Crushed tomatoes 3 cups or cans.
- -Salt, floor black pepper, floor chili and paprika, to style.
1.For the dough: combine all of the substances and knead for five minutes.
Stretch the dough till it’s 2 mm thick and let it relaxation, coated, till you assemble the sorrentinos.
2.Combine the filling substances and assemble the sorrentinos.
3.For the stew, in a pot with a bit of oil, brown the grill sausage, add the garlic cloves, deglaze with white wine. When the alcohol evaporates, add the tomato, season and prepare dinner for half-hour.
4.Prepare dinner the sorrentinos and serve with the sauce.
