SOLE WITH CARROT AND ORANGE MASH

INGREDIENTS

  • – Sole
  • Gremolata:
  • – Chopped parsley
  • – Chopped garlic
  • – Lemon zest
  • – Lemon juice
  • – Chopped almonds
  • – Salt and pepper
  • Mashed Carrots:
  • – 1kg. carrot
  • – 5 oranges (juice)
  • – 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
  • – 50gr. olive oil
  • – Salt and spices to style (pepper, paprika, nice herbs…)

– Season the fish and cook dinner it spherical and spherical in a pan.

– Peel and reduce the carrots and garlic into small items.

– In a pot we pour the oil and brown the garlic. Add the carrot and let it sauté for a couple of minutes, together with the salt and spices to style.

– Add the orange juice and produce to a boil. We let it cook dinner for about 20 minutes.

– Take away from the warmth and mix with a blender or related.

– For the gremolata: Chop all of the components and blend them in a bowl.
