  • – Finely grated Sardinian cheese 50 g.
  • Lemon sauce:
  • – Giant lemons 2 items.
  • – Butter 100 g.
  • – Garlic 1 clove.
  • – Parsley 10 g.
  • – Mascarpone 50 cc.

PROCEDURE:
