INGREDIENTS
- Gnocchi:
- – 500 g of semolin.
- – 200/250 cc of water with 1 diluted saffron capsule.
- – Sal.
- For the Puttanesca sauce:
- – Entire canned plum tomatoes 1 can.
- – 1 head of garlic.
- – Basil 1 bunch.
- – Capers.
- – Olive oil.
- – Filleted garlic.
- – Anchoa.
- – Chili.
Semolina and saffron gnocchi with puttanesca sauce, to take pleasure in a spectacular do-it-yourself pasta dish
PROCEDURE:
For the gnocchi:
1. Combine nicely till forming a dough.
2. Place every little thing in a bowl and blend every little thing till mixed, roll out rolls prefer to make gnocchi, reduce into 1/2 cm sections and provides them the normal form with the board.
For the Puttanesca sauce:
1. Place a frying pan with olive oil, 2 cloves of sliced garlic, a handful of basil leaves, pepperoncino, 5 anchovy fillets, add the tomato and end with capers, olives and basil.
2. As soon as the pasta is cooked, add to the sauce and serve.
