INGREDIENTS

- Cobbler:
- – 2 cups of 0000 flour.
- – 1 tsp baking powder.
- – 4 tbsp of mascabo sugar.
- – 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- – 1 pinch of salt.
- – 80 g of cubed butter.
- – 150 g of buttermilk (add a tablespoon/10 cc of lemon juice to 150 g of milk, stir gently and let it relaxation.
- – 4 tablespoons of double cream.
- – 4 tbsp amaretto.

PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
