INGREDIENTS

  • – 2 squid tube.
  • – 8 uncooked peeled prawns.
  • – 10 clear squid.
  • – 200g of cormalitos.
  • – 1 giant haddock fillet or different fish.
  • – Ample oil for frying.
  • – 2 lemons.
  • – 500g of flour.
  • – 10 eggs.
  • – 100 cc of very chilly blonde beer.
  • – 100 cc very chilly water.
  • – 1 clove of minced garlic.
  • – 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • .
  • FOR AUTHENTIC GOLF SAUCE:
  • – Mayonnaise 150gr.
  • – Ketchup 50gr.
  • – Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon.
  • – Lemon:

    some drops.

  • – Tabasco 2 drops.
  • – Cognac 1 teaspoon.

1.Egg: beat 4 eggs a bit of, with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

2.Tempura Combine: beat 3 eggs with 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of very chilly water.

3.Rabas: Reduce the clear squid tubes into rings, move by means of the egg, flour and fry. 1 minute.

4.Calamaretis: Clear nicely, leaving solely the tubes, move by means of the egg, flour and fry for 1 minute.
