INGREDIENTS

- – 8 uncooked peeled prawns.
- – 10 clear squid.
- – 200g of cormalitos.
- – 1 giant haddock fillet or different fish.
- – Ample oil for frying.
- – 2 lemons.
- – 500g of flour.
- – 10 eggs.
- – 100 cc of very chilly blonde beer.
- – 100 cc very chilly water.
- – 1 clove of minced garlic.
- – 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
- – Salt and pepper.

- FOR AUTHENTIC GOLF SAUCE:
- – Mayonnaise 150gr.
- – Ketchup 50gr.
- – Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon.
- – Lemon:
some drops.
- – Tabasco 2 drops.
- – Cognac 1 teaspoon.
1.Egg: beat 4 eggs a bit of, with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
2.Tempura Combine: beat 3 eggs with 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of very chilly water.
3.Rabas: Reduce the clear squid tubes into rings, move by means of the egg, flour and fry. 1 minute.
4.Calamaretis: Clear nicely, leaving solely the tubes, move by means of the egg, flour and fry for 1 minute.
5.Prawns: Peel and clear by making a slight incision throughout its physique transversally, intestine, wash in chilly water, move by means of the egg wash, breadcrumbs and fry for 1 minute.
6.Cornalitos: Dredge in flour and fry for 1 minute.
7.Fried fish: Reduce the filet into items, dip within the tempura combination and fry.

fried seafood, with a pot stuffed with golf sauce, and lemon wedges lower with out seeds.
