INGREDIENTS
- – 1 kg of 0000 flour.
- – 300 ml of sea water (recent water with 20 g of salt).
- – 200 recent water.
- – 2 g of dehydrated seaweed.
- – 50 g of olive oil.
- – 50 g of yeast.
- – Cheese vital quantity.
- – Sauce vital quantity.
- – 2 cloves of minced garlic.
- – Prawns.
- – Squid tubes.
- – Mussels.
- – Oil vital quantity.
- Condiments:
- – To note.
- – Sal.
Pizza with sea water, seaweed and seafood.
PROCEDURE:
1. We put the seaweed within the 300 ml to hydrate.
2. And within the 200 ml we put the yeast and combine.
3. In a bowl we put the flour and add the water with the yeast.
4. We take away the seaweed from the water and chop properly. Add the chopped seaweed, seawater and oil to the preparation. We knead till it’s easy and silky.
5. We let it rise till it doubles in measurement.
6. After it has doubled, we separate it into 4 buns and let it rise once more.
7. As soon as it doubles its measurement, we put oil in a pizzeria and stretch it. We add sauce and bake the pre-pizza.
8. Then again, we sauté garlic with the squid.
9. We add the prawns, salt and a bit of merken and after we flip the prawns over we add the mussels.
10. We take out the prepizza, we put cheese on it and we put it within the oven
11. As soon as the cheese is melted, we add the seafood.
