INGREDIENTS
- – 5 squid tubes.
- – 20 uncooked prawn tails.
- – 500 g of squid tentacles and fins.
- – 500 g of white fish fillet.
- – 250 g Shelled Mussels, uncooked or cooked.
- – Wedges of two lemons.
- – Flour 2 cups.
- – Eggs 6 items.
- – Chopped garlic 2 tbsp.
- – Chopped parsley 2 tbsp.
- – Peas 1 tbsp.
- – Paprika 1 tbsp.
- – Oregano 1 tbsp.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Oil for frying.
- Clericó:
- – 1 bottle of dry white wine.
- – 1 apple reduce into slices.
- – Wedges of 1 orange.
- – 6 items of strawberries reduce into quarters.
- – 12 grapes.
- – 100 g of sugar.
- – 1 1.5 L jar.
SEA MINCE WITH CLERICÓ: tailfish, garlic prawns, squid casserole, breaded prawns and Provencal model mussels… all on this spectacular dish! I adopted the recipe under
PROCEDURE:
1. For the tails, reduce the squid tube into 1 cm thick rings.
2. Dip in egg seasoned with garlic and parsley, mud with flour and fry.
3. For the garlic prawns, peel the uncooked prawns, season with salt and pepper and fry shortly in olive oil with garlic reduce into skinny slices. Season with paprika.
4. For the squid casserole, boil the squid tentacles and fins till tender (roughly 40 minutes). End cooking in a tomato sauce with oregano, paprika and peas.
5. For the fried fish, reduce the white fish fillet into 3×2 cm items. Season with salt and pepper and cross by a seasoned combination of two eggs, 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of chilly water.
6. Fry in loads of oil.
7. For the apandas prawns, cross the peeled uncooked prawns by a seasoned roe to style. Then in breadcrumbs and fry in loads of oil.
8. For the Provençal mussels, make a Provencal with garlic, parsley, a bay leaf, a glass of dry white wine, salt and pepper. As soon as the alcohol evaporates, add the mussels till they open.
9. Serve with lemon wedges.
10. For the clericó, put the reduce fruits in a 1.5 L jug, add ice.
11. Dissolve the sugar over average warmth with a bit of wine. As soon as dissolved, add to the jug and fill the container with the remainder of the bottle.
12. Combine properly and luxuriate in!
