SEA FRY AND TARTAR SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • – 2 tubes of squid.
  • – 250 g of cornalitos.
  • – 500 g of hake fillet.
  • – Eggs.
  • – Flour.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Chopped garlic.
  • – Parsley.
  • – Lemon.
  • – Oil for frying.
  • For the tartare:
  • – Mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
  • – Mustard 1 tbsp.
  • – Chopped pickles 2 items.
  • – Chopped onion 1 tbsp.
  • – Capers 1 tbsp.
  • – Chopped parsley 1 tbsp.

PROCEDURE:

For the tails:
1. Clear the squid tubes inside, reduce into 1.5 cm thick rings.
2. Marinate in a bowl with salt, garlic and parsley. Cease for flour. And fry.

For the hake:
1. Lower the filet into 4×4 cm items.
2. Marinate with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, go by means of flour, a bit egg, once more by means of flour and fry.

For the cornalitos:
1. Wash the cornalitos effectively, season with salt and pepper, dredge in flour and fry.

For the tartare:
1. In a container, combine the mustard, together with the pickles, capers and onions.
2. Add to the mayonnaise, combine effectively and eventually add the parsley.
3. Place within the fridge and serve on the time of consuming the ocean meals.
