INGREDIENTS
- – 100 g of cornstarch.
- – 60 g of cassava starch with out tacc.
- – 50 g of tacc-free rice flour.
- – 100 cc of tacc-free milk cream.
- – 1u lemon zest.
- – C/N. Vanilla essence.
- – 50 g of tacc-free butter.
- -1 tbsp of tacc-free baking powder.
- – Sal c/n.

PROCEDURE:
1. In a processor, combine the cornstarch with the cassava starch, rice flour, zest, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt.
2. Add the tender butter and milk little by little till you obtain a tender dough. There isn’t any must knead, I simply mixed all of the elements with the assistance of my arms. If vital you may add a splash of chilly water.
