SCALLOPE AL MARSALA

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1/2 kg of meat reduce thinly (as for Milanese).
  • – 50 g of butter.
  • – 100 g of flour.
  • – 1 glass of Marsala wine.
  • – 1 sprig of rosemary.
  • – 1 sprig of thyme.
  • – 1 sprig of contemporary oregano.
  • – 1 bay leaf.
  • – Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Further:
  • – Sautéed meats.
  • – Mashed carrots.
