SAUTEED VEGETABLES, CHICKEN AND RICE

INGREDIENTS

  • Rice:
  • – Rice 1 cup.
  • – Grated coconut 2 tbsp.
  • – Onion 1 unit.
  • – Home made rooster broth + delicate curry 2 cups.
  • Hen stir fry:
  • – Hen thigh reduce into cubes 300 g.
  • – Grilled sausage (or chorizo) 100 g.
  • – Salt and pepper to style.
  • – Floor black pepper.

  • – Purple bell pepper 1/2 unit in cubes.
