Salmon with low calorie lemon sauce

White salmon fillet, 200 g (198 Kcal)
Juice of 1 lemon (4 Kcal)
Cornstarch 1/2 tablespoon (12 Kcal)
White wine, 1/4 cup (33 Kcal)
Chopped parsley, two tablespoons
Spray oil, 2 pouf (6.4 Kcal)
Salt and pepper to style

Preparation

– Warmth a frying pan and spray it with oil spray.
– Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
– Place them within the pan, brown on one facet and switch them over.
– Add the white wine, let it evaporate and add the lemon juice.
– Let the lemon come to temperature and add the cornstarch beforehand diluted in a cup of chilly water.
– Proceed cooking over low warmth whereas stirring consistently for about 3 or 4 minutes.
– Take away and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
