(for 4 folks, as a facet dish)
Giant potatoes, 3
Medium carrots, 3
Peas, 1 can
Mayonnaise, (whether it is do-it-yourself mayonnaise higher) 1 cup
Salt and olive oil, to style
Preparation
– Peel the greens
– Reduce the potatoes and carrots into cubes just a little a couple of cm on all sides.
– Cook dinner in boiling water with salt, including the carrot first after which the potatoes after 5 minutes.
– Take away and let cool.
– Season with a splash of olive oil.
– When the greens are chilly, add the peas.
– Add the mayonnaise, combine and serve.
