ROLLED PORK MATAMBRITO

  • white sauce 200gr
  • queso cheddar 4 fetas

Spectacular baked matambrito with some stuffed candy potatoes that you may’t miss:

1-Unfold the meat and take away extra fats. Spice with salt and pepper.
