Rolled meringón with strawberries

INGREDIENTS

  • Merengue:
  • – Clara 6.
  • – Sugar 180 g.
  • – Vinagre 1 tsp.
  • – Corn starch 1 tbsp.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Dulce de leche 250 g.
  • – Crema chantilly 250 g.
  • – Strawberries 500 g.
