- Varied dried fruits:
- – 50 g of blonde raisins.
- – 50 g of cashew nuts.
- – 50 g of almonds
- – 50 g of dried figs.
- – 50 g of walnut.
- Syrup:
- – 250 g of sugar.
- – 125 cc of water.
- – 1/2 lemon.

PROCEDURE:
1. Maintain the dough very moist, lower, brush with butter, roll with a stick.
