ROLLED BAKLAVAS

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1/4 kg of filo dough.
  • – 150 g of butter (clarified)
  • Varied dried fruits:
  • – 50 g of blonde raisins.
  • – 50 g of cashew nuts.
  • – 50 g of almonds
  • – 50 g of dried figs.
  • – 50 g of walnut.
  • Syrup:
  • – 250 g of sugar.
  • – 125 cc of water.
  • – 1/2 lemon.

ROLLED BAKLAVAS, have you ever ever tried them? It’s a spectacular Armenian candy, with filo dough and dried fruits, bathed in syrup

PROCEDURE:

1. Maintain the dough very moist, lower, brush with butter, roll with a stick.
2. Shut and fill.
3. Prepare dinner for quarter-hour at 180ºC.
4. Bathe in syrup.
