PROCEDURE:
- Minimize the zucchini, eggplant and carrot lengthwise, into 1 cm slices.
- Minimize the pumpkin and tomato into rounds, 1cm slices.
- Marinate all of the greens with olive, herbs and sliced garlic.
- Prepare dinner on the plate.
- For the mayonnaise, combine all of the components till emulsified.
- To assemble, soften the provoleta and prepare dinner the fried egg in oil at a low temperature.
- Assemble the sandwich with all of the grilled greens, the basil mayonnaise, add the provoleta and the fried egg.
