- – Coriander 1 tbsp.
- – Garlic 6 cloves.
- – Parsley 1 handful.

- – Blanched carrots.

PROCEDURE:
1. For the spice paste, place every part in a processor together with the garlic and oil. Make a paste and unfold the meat.
2. Place the meat on a plate on a rack, add half a glass of white wine, half a glass of apple cider vinegar and water with cloves of garlic and herbs.
3. Place within the oven till tender.
4. For the greens, minimize the carrots lengthwise or if they’re small, depart them entire, add the onion, the beans, sauté on a plate and season.
