INGREDIENTS

- – 1 tbsp of butter.
- – 1 small chopped onion.
- – 1 and a half cups of arborio or carnaroli rice.

PROCEDURE:
Vegetable risotto
1. In a pot, make a broth with celery, leek, onion, a clove of garlic, a sprig of parsley and black pepper.
2. However, blanch the spinach and course of it to make a puree.
