INGREDIENTS

- – Lemon zest.
- – Flour 200 g.
- – Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Stuffed:
- – Ricotta 600 g.
- – Cream cheese 400 cc.
- – Eggs 3 items.
- – Sugar 150 g.
- -Zest of 1 and a half lemon.
RICOTTA SQUARES with dulce de leche and walnuts, tremendous scrumptious! To get pleasure from at snack
PROCEDURE:
For the mass:
1. Cream the butter along with the sugar. Add the egg or yolk and fragrance with the zest of 1/2 lemon and vanilla essence.
2. Incorporate with a spoon and with out kneading however combining the 0000 flour with a bit little bit of baking powder.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and place within the fridge for at the very least 1 hour.
Stuffed:
1. Combine all of the elements in a bowl.
2. Cook dinner the filling on the blanched base within the oven at 170ºC for about 40 minutes. It may be a sq. or rectangular mould.
3. Let cool.
4. Deco: Reduce into squares and add quantity of dulce de leche. End with toasted walnuts.
