INGREDIENTS

- – Semolin.
- Salsa:
- – Crushed tomato.
- – Garlic 1 clove.
- – Chopped onion 1/2 unit.
- – White wine.
- – Pork sausage 2 items.
- – Alcauciles 4 items.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Oliva.
Attempt the well-known and scrumptious ricotta gnudis accompanied by a sauce with pork chorizo and artichokes that could not be extra scrumptious!
PROCEDURE:
1. Extract the whey launched by the ricotta, putting it inside a fabric and squeezing it very properly.
2. Combine it with the remainder of the elements, till you acquire a bun. Knead properly and type 15 g balls.
3. Place a considerable amount of semolin on a plate and dip the gnocchi into the semolin. Allow them to relaxation for a minimum of 4 hours. Take away from the semolin and prepare dinner in boiling salted water, about 3 minutes. Till they float it could be 1 extra minute.
4. For the sauce, sauté the onion with just a little oil and a clove of garlic.
