- Butter 200 grs.
- Sugar 150 grams.

- Sugar 200 grams.

For the mass:
Combine the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, the flavorings and eventually the sifted dry components, becoming a member of with out kneading till forming a dough. Let relaxation in fridge for 1 hr. Then stretch and line a 22 cm mould. in diameter and take to the chilly once more.
For the filling:
Mix all of the components, mixing with out over-beating.
For meeting:
On the mould lined with the dough, place the ricotta filling on high and canopy with one other layer of dough. Trim the perimeters of the dough, prick with a fork within the middle and bake at 160 levels for approx. 45 min or till the dough is properly cooked and golden. Take away from the oven, let cool, unmold and canopy with powdered sugar earlier than serving.
