- – Tomates cherries ¼ kg.
- – Recent peas 1 cup.
- French dressing:
- – Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
- – Grated garlic 1 clove.
- – Salt and black pepper.
- – Olive oil 6 tbsp.

Process:
1.Prepare dinner the onion in brunoise with the olive oil and the blade of thyme till caramelized.
