Ricotta and quince cake

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • -Vanilla cookies 200gr.
  • -100g melted butter.
  • -Ricotta 500g.
  • -Cream cheese 100gr.
  • -Sugar 170gr.
  • -Corn starch 40gr.
  • -Yolks 3 items.
  • -Orange zest.
  • Quince:
  • -Quinces 6 items.
  • -500cc white wine.
  • -200cc water.
  • -Sugar 400gr.

1.Course of the cookies and blend with the melted butter. Make a pie crust with retaining edges. Place within the medium oven for 10 minutes to pre-cook.

2.Beat the ricotta with the cream cheese with an electrical mixer till it is rather easy. Add the sugar, yolks, cornstarch and zest. Combine properly. Dump onto the bottom.

3.Cook dinner at 160 levels for about 40 minutes or till it coagulates.

4.Let the cake cool.

5.Minimize the recent quinces in half and depart them with the pores and skin and seeds. Place the halves with the seed aspect down in a pyrex with the wine, water and sugar.

6.Place the quinces within the medium oven for about 40 minutes or till they’re tender.

7.Serve a portion of cake with half a baked quince.
