Ricotta and dulce de leche cake

INGREDIENTS

  • For the bottom:
  • – Chocolate cookies 300 g.
  • – Butter 100 g.
  • For the filling:
  • – Ricotta 600 g.
  • – Egg 2.
  • – Zest of 1 lemon 1.
  • – Sugar 200 g.
  • – Vanilla essence 1 cdita.
  • – Corn starch 2 tbsp.
  • – Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Further:
  • – Dulce de leche pastry chef 500 g.

Process:

1.For the bottom of the cake, course of the cookies with the melted butter.
